Ladder teammates David and Ansley are digital advertising experts and also long-time political organizers. It is this union of skills that allows us to achieve results and help campaigns win. We’ve personally knocked hundreds of doors to talk with voters, written candidate platforms, led the creation of communications guides, and trained countless volunteers. Since 2019, we’ve had the honor of building, deploying, and executing political advertising for campaigns for candidates running for the U.S. House of Representatives, New York City Council, New York State Assembly and Senate, and campaigns across the country. We’ve worked with PACs, for public issue campaigns, and for a wide variety of progressive organizations. We know your world, and we know digital advertising. We’re excited to get to work.
